This gets me thinking about fruits... hmmm.... probably not a good idea to overconsume fruits either...
Better just forget sweet taste all together and get your tastebud appreciate other sensations instead. Easy to say, hard to implement... I know... because come on - how far can you go on only nuts and cheese?

ReplyDeleteGotcha, knew you would read this! Well, everyone with their choices and preferences my dear! Just saying, its probably no better than many sweetners...just the pure taste of sweetness might trigger the sensation of wanting more in the brain, if you're a sugar junkie, that is, like me. (Read Sockerbomber for example).
